I saw her photo on a website

Was intrigued by it

Saw there both a strength and a fragility

Her eyes looked frightened

Her body posed to conquer

What was she saying

What was her journey

And with that curiosity 

I went to her

To discover where her beauty lay

Was it simply carnal or more depth than that

And there I found a woman of simple means

Who carried her beauty in her soul

A gentle heart making her way in this life

A better place for her two young sons and her

Not wanting much but to share and enjoy the riches that life can give

And be open and loving in a man’s arms

Rest there protected and certain of no harm

But sure of the certainty that love can give when it comes with no conditions

Only to be received as it is given
